SUPPORT GROUPS

Often times caregivers would like to talk with others who "truly understand because they've been there too".  Support groups are a safe place to:

  • Talk about challenges and exchange possible solutions

  • Discover healthy ways to cope

  • Share feelings, fears and concerns openly

  • Learn about helpful resources in the community
